1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Louisville Black Car Service LLC website at louisvilleblackcarservice.com and any transportation services booked through our website, by phone, or by other means (together, the “Services”). By accessing our website or booking a reservation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Louisville Black Car Service LLC provides luxury chauffeur and executive transportation services in Louisville, Kentucky and the surrounding region, including but not limited to airport transportation, corporate and executive travel, medical and transplant team transportation, VIP transportation, hourly chauffeur service, private black car service, Kentucky Bourbon Trail transportation, wedding transportation, hotel transportation, and special event transportation.

3. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING

Reservations may be made through our online booking form, our website contact form, or by calling our dispatch team directly. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and passenger information at the time of booking.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

We offer flat-rate pricing for our services, as quoted at the time of booking. Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, distance, duration, and specific service requested. Additional fees may apply in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Gate meet service at the airport, an additional $40 fee
• Extended wait time at the airport beyond 30 minutes after flight landing, billed at an additional hour, $125
• Additional stops, waiting time, or changes to the original itinerary requested at the time of service

Payment is collected through our secure online booking and payment system, or as otherwise arranged for corporate or invoiced accounts. All prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed reservations will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund. For full details, see our separate Cancellation Policy page.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for your reservation, including flight numbers when applicable
• Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
• Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
• Not engage in illegal activity, smoking, or the transport of illegal substances or weapons in our vehicles
• Be responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle by you or a member of your party, including cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk to our chauffeurs, other passengers, or themselves, or who violates these Terms.

7. VEHICLES AND CHAUFFEURS

We make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle class requested at booking. In rare circumstances, such as mechanical issues or unforeseen unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louisville Black Car Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to missed flights, missed events, or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or airport conditions. We maintain commercial vehicle insurance in accordance with applicable Kentucky law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Louisville Black Car Service LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as booking and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
