The basics
We are based in Louisville and serve Prospect, Middletown, St. Matthews, Jeffersontown, Anchorage, Shelbyville, Elizabethtown, Bardstown, Frankfort, and destinations throughout Kentucky.
Our fleet includes a luxury sedan for solo and one-on-one travel, a luxury SUV for groups and families, and a Sprinter van for weddings, bourbon trail groups, and corporate teams of up to twelve passengers.
Yes. All of our chauffeurs are licensed, experienced, and background-checked, and every vehicle is professionally maintained and insured.
Point-to-point rides such as airport transfers have no minimum. Hourly chauffeur bookings typically start at a minimum block of time, which our dispatch team can confirm when you book.
Reservations, pricing, and cancellations
You can book online through our reservation form, or call our dispatch line at (502) 800-4788. Our chauffeurs are on call 24 hours a day for both scheduled and last-minute requests.
We recommend booking as early as you can, especially around Derby weekend or other major events. That said, we are on call 24 hours a day for urgent and same-day requests.
Payment is collected securely through our online booking system. Corporate and repeat clients can inquire about invoicing options by calling our office directly.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Yes. Call our dispatch line as soon as you know your plans have changed, and we will do everything we can to accommodate the new time, location, or vehicle.
Flights, pickups, and wait times
Curbside is our standard airport pickup. We track your flight and wait nearby, so once you collect your luggage you simply call or text and your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb within a few minutes. Gate meet, where your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign, is available for an additional $40 to cover parking and extra wait time.
We monitor every flight in real time, so if your arrival is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically and is ready at the updated landing time. There is no need to call and reschedule.
Your chauffeur is waiting and ready as soon as you land. If more than 30 minutes pass after landing before you reach the vehicle, an additional hour is billed at $125.
Yes. In addition to Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, we provide transportation to and from private FBOs for clients arriving on private aircraft.
Time-critical healthcare transportation
It is discreet, time-critical transportation for hospitals, transplant centers, physicians, surgeons, and organ procurement teams moving between airports, private FBOs, hospitals, and hotels throughout the region.
Yes. Our chauffeurs are available around the clock for both scheduled and urgent medical transportation requests.

Yes. We work directly with hospital staff, transplant coordinators, and travel teams, with real-time flight monitoring so transportation is ready the moment it is needed.

We recommend booking wedding transportation as soon as your date and venues are confirmed, so we can plan timing around your ceremony and reception schedule.
Our Sprinter van, seating up to twelve passengers, is the most popular choice for bourbon trail tours, keeping the whole group together for the day without anyone needing to be the designated driver.
Yes. We provide transportation to Churchill Downs, concerts, sporting events, and other special occasions, so you can arrive relaxed and skip the parking and traffic.
Yes. We regularly coordinate multiple pickup points for wedding parties and can plan a full-day itinerary that covers getting ready locations, the ceremony, and the reception.
